 -Academic / Government/Industry / Corporate: Registrants who are employed by a university, college, hospital, pharmacy, research institution, government agency or a company 

-Student / Trainee (incl. recent graduate): Registrants who are enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at an academic institution. Student can get a registration fee waiver if a professor in the nET-MH network nominates your name as presenter. Please contact us regarding registration fee waiver at mhrc-grad@cmu.ac.th  

-If online registration is not available, please contact  mhrc-grad@cmu.ac.th

Cancellation Policy 

-Cancellation requests must be made in writing to mhrc-grad@cmu.ac.th

-Cancellations received by March 23, 2025, will be refunded with deduction of 25 USD administrative fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after March 24, 2025. 

If for any reason the Conference should be cancelled, MHRC 2025 will refund the registration fee. The Conference is not responsible for the refund of airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by registrant.
